The Pork Palace was born from a deep love of Southern tradition and the belief that real soul food deserves a real home. Every dish we serve — from our slow-cooked chitterlings to our fall-off-the-bone pig feet — is prepared the old-fashioned way: with patience, care, and generations of know-how.
